**This is not a CPE certificate.** Dojo does not accredit or award CPE hours. This record documents actual attendance and learning activity so a credential holder can assess eligibility under the credential body's current rules. Any hours claimed by a learner remain subject to that body's rules; this record guarantees no approval or acceptance.

## Evidence to retain

Record only observed attendance, learning time, exercises, material version, and instructor review. Exclude preparation, optional breaks, and time not attended. Do not enter estimates or unsupported values.

## Learner notice

- **CISSP®:** check current ISC2 policy. The current member policy lists 120 CPE over three years (90 Group A and 30 Group A or B); 40 annually is a suggested pace.
- **CISA®:** check current ISACA policy. Current guidance requires at least 20 hours annually and 120 over three years.
- Relevance, activity category, evidence sufficiency, and eligibility depend on the credential, activity, and individual circumstances. Ask the issuer when uncertain.
- Dojo does not describe itself as a CPE provider or approved training, claim that hours have been earned, or make decisions for a credentialing body.

## Record protection

Do not collect credential numbers, identity documents, secrets, or unnecessary personal data. Retention and sharing must follow the contract and privacy notice and stay within the agreed audience.
